Murugan.org website: Life on Earth has ONE history of the Beginning... Ganesh and Skanda are important Hindu Gods. Hinduism is one of the oldest documented religions in the world. Images of Ganesh were also found in South America from times of the pre-Columbian era. Some say that one cosmological system could be here that had developed in ancient times all over the world.

is the Remover of obstacles.
Sanatana Dharma The etymological origin
of the word "Hinduism" was developed
later and its roots had originated from language of the conquerors
of the then Indian subcontinent. Slavic people have several common
things with Indians - for example, the word "Hindu" originally also
had something to do with the word "slave" (Slavic). The Slavic pre-Christian
god of the sun, Swarog, is tightly
associated with swastika, too (Hindu symbol; but it is found in many
cultures including the ancient Jews.).

the oldest surviving archeological artifacts date back to 270,000
BCE - the Early Paleolithic Era. The artifacts were found near Nové
Mesto nad Váhom (source: www.slovakia.org). These excavations
confirm the existence of very ancient inhabitants in the geographical
region known today as Slovakia. Our national flag has a double cross
and three hills almost identical to hills on the Slovenia's flag,
which picturizes Mt. Triglav - the mountain with the name of the ancient
Slavic Trinity of Gods (similar to Hindu Trimurti) in the beautiful
terrain of the Julian Alps (Slovenia/Italy). Better term
for Hinduism is therefore *Sanatana Dharma*.
Of this belief, evolutional forms of Hinduism - Buddhism,
Jainism... evolved. There are three mainstream religions in India:
Hinduism, Islam and Christianity (in addition to smaller denominations
like Zoroastrianism, Jainism, etc.). Before the arrival of
Buddhism to Tibet, Bön
religion (Zhang Zhung Kingdom), described
as a shamanistic one, had flourished in the Himalayas. This religion
used svastika too. Hinduism or Sanatana Dharma is a faith in God that underpins the basic humane principles of brotherhood, kind-heartedness and pursuit of good life in search of God. This religion believes in eternal reincarnation of which you may set yourself free by various practices and come to a higher state of Being called moksha - liberation. Christians have salvation, Hindus moksha, and Buddhists nirvana. Hindus believe that God is ONE, but He has many forms (actually roles). Birth
of Ganesh and some history Ganesha is understood to be the first God in that sense that if someone wants to come up to Shiva, he must first get through the Ganesha's doorstep. He is mentioned in the oldest Veda - Rig Veda. Ganesh was born on the fourth day in the Hindu month Magh and He has many powerful aspects. He is also considered to be the master of astrology. According to the Hindu calendar of religious events, His birthday is celebrated in August/September, and this date is variable similarly like Christian Easter (based on the lunisolar calendar). Hinduism consists of four basic (mainstream) denominations of which 1) Shaivism is the oldest one. Hence, God Shiva is the absolute God; in other Hindu denominations it is Shakti (female principle) - 2) Shaktism; or Vishnu and His avatar (incarnation) Krishna - 3) Vaishnavism. 4) Smartism is a school that follows Smriti - a specific canon of Hindu religious scripture. The Hindu "Trinity" or TRIMURTI represents the three aspects of God: Brahma - the Creator; Vishnu - the Protector; Shiva - the Destroyer. Furthermore, along with shAktam (Shakti), shAivam, and vAishnava systems, there are also: gANApatyam - followers of Lord Ganesh (they consider Ganapati to be the Absolute God) kaumAram - followers of Lord Kumara (Ganesha's brother) sAuram
- followers of Surya The fundamental concept
of Hinduism is belief in TRIMURTI, which is not at all violated
by other concepts such as the QUINTUPLE or SEXTUPLET ones where Ganesh
has His place too. Adi Shankara, a famous Indian teacher (born
in the year 686), propagates the Shanmata
- "six opinions" tradition: Ganesha,
Shiva, Shakti, Vishnu, Surya and Skanda
(other name of the Ganesha's brother) - the most
important Hindu Gods. Contrary to homogenous Christianity or Buddhism,
Hindu schools/sects are forked rivers. Albeit there are many
Christian denominations, they all focus on CHRIST. Contrary
to Hinduism (where you may choose a path from a variety of opinions),
Buddhism is an unambiguous and
relatively very homogenous path to liberation - the Four Noble
Truths clearly define it. The difference between Buddhism
and Hinduism is that Buddhists do not consider Gods so important
as Hindus do; for Buddhists the relevant is only the path (to liberation
or to nirvana) the direction of which described Buddha.
In Hinduism, mainstream Vaishnava, Shakta and Shaiva schools are
well documented, but they also have their offshoots. Cults of sUrya,
skAnda and gAnApAtyA are poorly documented. Ganesh, while being one
of the most extensively worshiped deities of the Pan Hindu religion,
is one of the most poorly understood ones in terms of origins and
history. The sectarian worship of Ganapati and Kumara is principally
extinct. The literature and practices of these cults are also largely
unknown to most Hindus. Some words about Buddhism Buddha,
too, is pictured with svastika.
Many historians date the presence of Ganesh in Japan back to times when a great monk Kukai (774- 834) started the Shingon sect in Japanese Buddhism. The means of worshiping Ganesha, Ganabachi, Vinayaka or Kangiten embody something that makes this cult different from other Buddhist streams. Hanuman
and other Gods In India, there are
many gods, but quite a number of them often represent only one deity
- for example, Hanuman - the avatar of Lord Shiva -
is a monkey god who appeared in the epos Ramayana. Symbolism
of Ganesh - the First Syllable of the universe In the Ganesha Purana
it is written: Ganesha is the first sound - OM, in which all hymns were born. When Shakti (Energy) and Shiva (Matter) meet, then Sound (Ganesh) and Light (Skanda) are born. The number FOUR is the principle message of svastika. Ganesha's head symbolizes atman. His big body represents the earthly existence of humankind, but also maya - "illusion of this world". His elephant head indicates that He is the wisest and most powerful Being among animals; His wide ears indicate that He is able to hear anything in the universe... This God wrote Mahabharata as a scribe when the sage Vyasa dictated this old Indian epos to Him. He has a trident on His forehead, which some authors consider to be a link to Atlantis, as it is also Poseidon's symbol (the Greek god of the sea). Svastika is in His right hand; the mouse at the bottom of His body indicates that He can get secretly anywhere. Skanda

pillar of Shaivism, Buddhism, and other denominations, too, is Mt.
Kailasa - a 6638-meter high mountain in the Himalayas (Tibet).
It is also called the "Svastika Mountain". Tantra and tantric sex The decadent European and US culture, which is focused on various flashy forms of brainwashing, is using the system of tantric techniques mostly for profit. From thousands of sundry seminars and courses going on out there, a lecturer can easily build a house, but his/her "pupils" will hardly ever learn real tantra. With various concepts of tantra, there are some basic pillars: Tantra was born of religion and trying to practice it requires unconditional belief in God; without this aspect, tantra's effects are beyond one's reach. From this point of view, it is not possible to attain a tantric experience, or to submerge in its infinite depth by cheap Western production of New-Age practitioners that sell tantra techniques like pills of Viagra only for better "sexual" escalation. The dollar, not tantra is their god. Practicing tantra - a collection of rituals on one's path to achieving moksha - is not possible without receiving Shiva deep into one's heart. Most Westerners are simply degenerated and they are interested in tantra not because they have faith in God, but because it interests them purely as an "unmatchable" technique to satisfy their hedonistic sexual wishes, or simply as a spiritual obscurity they use to overwhelm other people who have never heard about it (mental exhibitionism). Tantra is actually an experiential form of religious worship and it does not necessarily involve only a sexual practice as most Westerners think. If you read works of few famous European philosophers, you must have noticed a dilemma these philosophers had brought to our attention in relation to rational cognition and empirical cognition - these philosophers question themselves if rational knowledge juxtaposed against the empirical one is enough in one's understanding of the world (without empirical cognition). Tantra is thus a form of empirical approach to God (together with intellectual cognition, it makes a pair of scale) in which we develop our faith by experiencing it and consequently complement our cognition of the universe both by engaging our intellect and experience (emotions, feelings, etc.). Lord Krishna says
to Arjuna: It is known that Ganesha had esoteric worshippers who worshipped Him like linga. This cult was one of the few PRIMARY tantric traditions. To say it very simply, tantra is worshiping of God; it is derived of a "dialogue" or "communication" between Shiva and Shakti when they "go crazy" in love; this way of knowing opens a secret door both for our mind and body - the Sound and Light is born. vAmAchArA tantra or black magic You can see demons

Do you think that it is not possible to lose a navigation ability
in distinguishing between the "evil" and the "good" in the era of
Kali Yuga the entities of which, mostly governed by those who hypocritically proclaim "proper values", want
to make of you an image of themselves? Once, one South American
Indian said: "This culture of white barbarians
where men wear 'snakes' (ties) on their necks and where cannibals
'eat' the human (Jesus') flesh and 'drink' human blood has various
criteria for telling us what is good and what is bad".
We are conditioned by various social components that make us believe
that, for example, a person that does not wear a tie is not trustworthy
enough, or that various aspects of life are Taboo. Krishnamurti
calls this "a conditioned mind". The cult of Ganapati
has many hidden mysteries. In ancient times, the origin of this cult
could be traced to the era of Sage Yajnavalkya, who is distinguished
both in the Shrutis and in the Smritis. Then one of the important
leaders of the cult was girijAsuta, who founded the Mahaganapati sect.
The other great Acharya was Herambasuta, who founded the vAmAchArA
cult, which may seem very obscene for most Hindus. "Gana" means a group or host. Ganapati was decapitated and reanimated by Shiva, who returned home after fighting with demons, but Ganesh - created by the Shiva's consort, Parvati - wanted to stop Him. Shiva got infuriated and severed the Ganesha's head with His trident. Parvati demanded that Shiva restore Ganesha's life, but Shiva could not find the head. Instead, it was an elephant that came into His view. After decapitating it, Ganesh received a new head and was reanimated. Shiva has coarse manners. His true followers do not wear splendid garments; they do not drive expensive cars. Shiva has also skulls and cobras around His neck and His manners are startling even for gods. His adherents wear Holy Ash on their bodies - this only typifies simplicity and self-dependence even in time when fire burns everything to dust. First
Christians also used the svastika symbol, but official church statements
are not in favor of looking for one identity of God
who had appeared to people in ancient times; they rather think that

Abuse of svastika Not all people do know that Adolf Hitler was a mystical lunatic who used various elements of occultism to set up a bizarre theory about an ancient arrival of a "higher race" the origin of which had been the far north. A nonsensical term appeared - the "Aryan race", which Hinduism rather condemns, as there is not such a thing, although for occultists the Aryan race is this Super Race and it lives in our Earth, which is hollow. The first element of the Nazi occultism was built upon a reference to a mythical land - Hyperborea-Thule, which is also analogical to the Plato's Atlantis, but with one difference - Herodotos described an Egyptian legend about a continent Hyperborea existing somewhere in the far north. Thus, a Thule society (Thule-Gesellschaft) was founded in 1918, and its mainmast stood on the above-mentioned notion that Germans are "descendants" from this continent. Of course, the official purpose of the Thule society was to study the origin of all Germans. Other secret societies such as Vril and DHvSS got involved (in German: Die Herren vom Schwarzen Stein) - "men of black stone". They built their beliefs upon something like Greeks - but instead of Titans they spoke of Teutons, an ancient Germanic tribe. Greek and Roman authors had documented this tribe, too, with statements that they had migrated from the north somewhere to the river Danube some few hundred years before Christ. Nazi occultists considered this tribe to be the proto-Germanic one of the so-called "pure Aryan nature". They said that Teutons' race purity had weakened as a consequence of the tribe members copulating with other tribes. Teutons are often referred to in many encyclopedias as "magic" or "occult" people whose art of sorcery, especially practiced by women, predominated over any other tribe in the ancient past of Europe. Nazis took svastika as their symbol because they believed this Super Race (ancestors of Germans) had left it here as their "mark". However, it was abuse of svastika, as it is a symbol of good life - Nazis did not preserve the message this symbol represents (good life). There is a connection between Shamballa, Tibet and Nazi Germany also documented by historians. There are few valuable links, too, which document Nazi close relationship to Buddhism. Unfortunately, not all people do know that the Nazi ideology was based on occultism and this article's purpose is to show how svastika was abused. In his attempt to initiate a contact with this Race, Hitler invested to the research of South America and Tibet more than a small country spends in its all yearly budget today. Svastika is the ancient symbol of prosperity, innocence and good life, but Nazis used this symbol to spread it viciously worldwide with wars. The "Super Race" had once used this symbol all over the Earth, for the existence of which the Nazis had "proofs" - "they" left this holy sign in Tibet; "they" marked South America with this symbol too. abused by overconfident white civilization. Hopi tribe These Indians say that a "Spider Woman" saved them from the destruction (flood) of the second World. The Spider Woman (a very similar representation of Ganesh, who has a trunk and four hands) led them out of the underground world where they had been kept under protection. Even today, Hopis have
an aperture on the floor of their dwellings as proof that they came

What will happen when the Mayan calendar ends? The Mayan calendar does not end, only its cycle, but many people speak of the END. The end of the Mayan calendar (cycle) is December 23, 2012. However, there are two correlations; this one comes from Lounsbury. Another one, from Goodman, Martinez-Hernandez and Thompson, suggests that the end of the cycle in the Mayan calendar is December 21, 2012. It is very interesting that Mayans worked with dates in such distant future and past. Some scientific opinions suggest that a planetary anomaly may happen either on December 21, or December 23, 2012. Some other people believe that this could be the end of the world in the shape and form we have been used to live in. Is there really such a xenophobic gap between Christians and non-Christians, or do we only participate in making it even bigger? If the country like
Germany with several thousand Christian churches around had really
breathed life as Christ wished, no such a thing as Nazism would have
ever come there. As rivers always show
people their paths, there are Ganga (Hinduism, Buddhism...) religions
and Jordan religions (Christianity, Judaism, Islam). In the Jordan-river
religions, only Christ does command nonviolence with ubiquitous
emphasis. And albeit Holy Fathers (Popes) have ruled the world for
so many years, it was not so long ago when possession of Bible was
a crime punished by death. Christianity is the religion with history of wars and bloodshed. Barbarous occupation of South America by Spaniards - conquistadors, brought many innocent Indians to death. They not only destroyed cultures in Egypt, South America; they also destroyed the Pan Slavic culture here without which it is difficult to trace the origin and thinking of the pre-Christian era of this part of Europe. But I see a big difference between the "Christ" - the Perfect Teacher, and "Christians", who have often led lives of millions of people to death. The barbaric and xenophobic obliteration of historical records (statues, inscriptions, any indications to other gods), which Christians performed everywhere with their cross often by means of death punishment, put the history of Slavic people to darkness. Ancient people of Europe could have a very close contact with the Aryans (look above at the svastika of the Slavic god of the sun - Swarog). The Illyrians, for example, lived in parts of central Europe together with Celts. The part of Europe I live in was the Roman province of Illyricum, the map of which can be found here (in Wikipedia). In the Illyrian pantheon of gods we can identify the Vedic/Persian god Mithra (Illyria covered present countries like Albania, Macedonia, Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Moldavia, Ukraine, Austria and (western) Slovakia; Illyrians settled this region in the middle to late second millennium BC). Historians write about Slavic invasion on Illyrians, but all such information is actually only based upon guessing. If you have luck, you may find some treasures under Europe; if you do not find anything, the riches simply disappeared in the Cross. Thus, the righteous teaching of Jesus is in line with anything contained in the holy Indian scriptures, but its interpretation often lacks the Christ's hallmark. It is not Jesus that makes people xenophobic, but rather people's ignorance and various language-interpretation pitfalls. Jesus' benign words to a felon on the cross, who kindly asked Him to remember him in His paradise, say it simply (Luke 23:43): "Verily, I say onto you, today you will be with me in paradise". Witnesses of Jehovah, who do not believe in life after death, but in a visible - materialized Kingdom of God on Earth, interpret the above sentence as follows: "Verily, I say onto you today, you will be with me in paradise". Their interpretation is that Jesus says it "today", but felon's coming to paradise is likely to happen some day... Thus, the most important aspect in understanding the truth is when a person has the ability to interpret various sentences, ideas, and opinions correctly. Our European and US culture is Christian only by its name. Christ explicitly commands nonviolence. How can the president of the most powerful nation come out of church and start war a few days later? People have always committed some evil
acts in history - some Hindus sacrificed people to Goddess
Kali; others meditated in dumb ascetism,
and Buddha understood that this cannot be a way
out of one's problems. At times when proud
Brahmans liked to be superior to others, Buddha
was looking for a way of coming out of this circle.
On the one hand, he was negatively influenced
by some parts of Hinduism. On the other hand, he was positively
influenced, as he had the same origin. Although Hindus
oppressed Buddhists at the time when
Buddhist religion appeared to disseminate to larger cities, now Buddhists
oppress Hindus in Sri Lanka.
